This Stylish Modern Retreat offers all the comforts of home. The open floor plan allows everyone to be part of the fun. The well stocked kitchen provides all the amenities needed for those that want to prepare their own meals. Three comfortable bedrooms (upstairs) have all you need for a relaxing nights sleep. The screened in patio provides a comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax in the evening. Each bedroom has it's own TV. All TVs are smart TVs; guests must log into their own streaming services for TV viewing. TVs are set up in "guest mode" which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.
Other Details to Note
We have a twin luxury EZ blow up airbed available for our 7th guest when needed. It is stored in the master bedroom closet along with bedding for the bed. No Pets (Minimum $250 charge for violations). No Smoking/Vaping (Minimum $200 charge for violations). Guests will be charged a minimum of $100 if they stay past 10 am check out without approval from host. Our HOA will be re-roofing all the buildings starting April 27, 2026. We don't have a date of when our building will be done. Each building will take 2 days to complete.

Guest Access
Guests will access our home via August Lock. A code will be provided for you prior to check in. Guest have access to the townhouse community pool. Pool hours are sun up to sundown and should be strictly adhered to. Please note: there is no life guard on duty.
